Letting Agents

We work with a number of letting agents around London, both national and independent, to provide a flexible, simple and fast solution for your landlords!

We are looking for properties which are suitable for a long term rental period without the need for renewal. We do not charge you as an agent or your landlords any fees!

We are able to work in partnership with letting agents who have properties under management, where our contract would allow you as agents to maintain your position as the property manager where we would maintain our responsibility for our management and you manage us.

Another benefit of working alongside XII Estates is that we are looking to take on a number of properties across the year.
